As purchaser, the consumer enters into a sales contract with GREEN HONEY, OIB 47926620915 as seller.
Legal entities as buyers are subject to the application of the mandatory relations Act and the e-Commerce Act and do not apply the consumer Protection Act to them. These General terms and conditions apply to legal entities in the part relating to price and method of payment, main characteristics of the product, contract award procedure, description of delivery method and delivery costs, general information, disclaimer, warranty and service conditions, loyalty program and moment of conclusion of the contract. The seller may, at his choice, grant the legal person in each specific case the rights of the consumer customer.
The user is a person who uses the www.anticevic-zdravlje.com.hr website, as well as every customer and visitor to the www.anticevic-zdravlje.com.hr website.
The conclusion of purchase agreements via the www.anticevic-zdravlje.com.hr website is regulated in accordance with the legal provisions taking into account, in particular, the principles and provisions of the European Union Directives. The conclusion of a contract via the www.anticevic-zdravlje.com.hr website is the conclusion of a distance contract.
These General terms and conditions also constitute pre-contractual notice, and relate to the conclusion of a purchase and sale contract if the buyer is a consumer or any natural person who enters into a legal transaction or is acting on the market outside his trade, business, craft or profession, and if the contract is concluded between the trader and the consumer within the framework of an organised system of sale or provision of service without simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer in one place whereby, until the time of conclusion of the contract, one or more means of distance communication are used exclusively for the conclusion of the contract.
Means of distance communication are all means which, without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, can be used to conclude distance contracts, such as the internet and electronic mail.
The contract was concluded when the seller accepts the buyer’s offer, and all mentioned on the www.anticevic-zdravlje.com.hr’s website represents an invitation to submit the offer. The seller may terminate the purchase and sale contract if the buyer fails to pay the purchase price and is not obliged to deliver the product until the moment of receipt of the purchase price, except where the buyer has chosen the method of payment by mail order. If the seller refuses to receive the product, the seller will not repeat the delivery unless otherwise agreed.
General terms and conditions of personal data protection are an integral part of these General terms and conditions.
The official language for concluding the purchase and sale agreement is Croatian.

Information and photographs on the products on the www.anticevic-zdravlje.com.hr were taken from various materials, brochures or internal instructions or those materials arranged by the manufacturer, importer or supplier. GREEN HONEY RESERVES the right to exchange information, including product prices and action offers on the website without prior notice.
The image of the product shall be accompanied by a description of the main characteristics of the product and its price.
Prices, payment terms and action offers shall be valid only at the time of order and/or payment.
Contract award procedure
The purchase is made on the www.anticevic-zdravlje.com.hr website, by filling in the required form. When filling out the form, the buyer is obliged to enter all the information requested from him. When placing an order, a customer account is created. Purchases can be made with confirmation from the buyer that he has previously read and understood the General terms and conditions and that he has agreed to them and that he is aware that this is an order with a payment obligation. Shopping is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GREEN HONEY j.d.o.o. is not liable for the costs of using the computer equipment and telecommunication services necessary for access to the service. The buyer will be informed by e-mail about the confirmation of the order and the sending of the package.
In case GREEN HONEY IS unable to deliver any of the ordered products for any reason, the buyer, telephone or e-mail will be contacted by GREEN HONEY employee for THE purpose of agreeing on the delivery of the replacement product or any cancellation of the ordered product.
The purchase of goods and/or services on behalf of and on behalf of minors or persons deprived of legal capacity (in part or in full) may be requested only by their legal representatives.
The purchase is made by ordering the available products selected by the buyer on the basis of a photograph and a basic description. The photographs are illustrative in nature and do not always and in all details correspond to the available products. Shopping takes place in a few simple steps from anywhere in the world.
Products can be searched by different criteria. The entry of a specific term in the “search engine” will result in products related to that term. The buyer can choose a particular product that interests him and read the available description of the product so that he can decide on his own whether the product meets his needs.
The order of the product is done electronically. Clicking the “Add to cart” icon adds the selected product to the cart. By placing the product in a basket, the product is not reserved or ordered or purchased. The customer can continue to add products by clicking “continue shopping” or performing a cart inspection by clicking “see cart” or completing the product selection process by clicking “go to payment”. It selects the method of payment, the method of delivery, enters the code if it has a coupon or gift voucher, makes additional notes if there are any. By clicking the Customer on the order, the order is received. After the Customer fulfils the order by pressing the “pay” icon, the Seller will receive the notice of the order made to the e-mail address and the Customer will receive the number with the order confirmation confirming that the Customer’s order has been received and in the process of processing.
The seller will send the buyer to his e-mail address a confirmation of the concluded purchase agreement together with a confirmation that the package has been sent.
If the buyer has not received confirmation of the purchase by e-mail within 24 hours or it is not possible to access the service in the manner specified in the e-mail, he shall contact the seller at the e-mail address of the zelenimedanticevic@gmail.com or at the telephone number +385 (0)1/580 5311 from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00

Price of service and method of payment
The buyer undertakes to pay the ordered services by one of the following payment methods:
Payment by mail (upon receipt of the shipment) – enables the buyer to pay the amount of the order to the delivery person upon delivery to the said address. Payment by mail is made exclusively in cash, i.e. the amount cannot be paid by credit card. In the event that the consignee is unable to receive the consignment at the time of delivery, for absence, the consignor shall leave a notification of the arrival of the consignment.
Internet banking – if payment of the product is made via internet banking, virgin or general payment slip, the user must complete the following information on the payment slip: Payment to IBAN GREEN HONEY j.d.o.o., HR 1724020063212156468 call number: 99 — offer number recipient: GREEN HONEY j.d.o.o., Stipe Bencekovic 38, 10000 Zagreb upon payment we will send you ordered products. The ordered products shall be delivered to the customer in accordance with the delivery terms.
The purchase and sale contract was concluded at the moment of acceptance of the buyer’s offer, and the product will be shipped within 3-5 (to be placed 5-10 working days) upon receipt of payment of the customer’s monetary amount. If the buyer chooses the method of payment by mail order, the purchase and sale contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer, and the product will be shipped within 3-5 working days after the conclusion of the purchase and sale contract. The agreed price shall be expressed in euro. Account R1 the buyer is obliged to request when fulfilling the order, subsequent requests for R1 the account will not be accepted.
Product delivery method Description
THE Green HONEY order is sent within 5-10 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded) from the conclusion of the sales contract in case of payment by mail order, i.e. transfer of the purchase price to the GREEN HONEY account in other payment methods. Delivery of the product is done through the Croatian Post d.d.
GREEN HONEY CHECKS the serviceability of the ordered product before each delivery of the product.
Delivery costs
We send the packages through the Croatian Post Office, Paket24. You can check the status of the postal item at any time.
The cost of postage depends on the weight of the package, the place of delivery, additional services such as sensitive content, delivery of the package within 24 h, deadline for delivery up to 10, 15 or 20 h, delivery to the recipient personally, delivery on Saturdays, compensation for the delivery of the package.
