Delivery of packages!

We send packages via Croatian Post, which has two shipping options, fast delivery of Paket24 and HP delivery packages within 5–7 working days.

1. Paket24 is a fast delivery service provided by the Croatian Post Office and covers the entire Republic of Croatia.

Paket24 offers private and business users numerous options for pickup and delivery of shipments with reliable, accurate and safe delivery to the home address. It is also the only service that equally covers the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia and guarantees delivery of consignments in more than 200 places the following day. The consignments shall be taken over at the address of the beneficiary and their delivery shall be guaranteed within the agreed time limit.

The cost of €10 postage covers the delivery of packages to the home address, the provision of packages, in particular handling–sensitive content, glass, fragile, payment service compensation. A package weighing up to 20 kg.

2. We hand over HP packages for delivery at post offices, and Croatian postal staff will make sure that your packages reach their destination quickly and safely.

In larger towns, cities, the package is delivered to the home address until notice is given in smaller towns and you need to personally go to the post office for the package. Delivery of the package is delivered within 5–7 days from the day the package is sent.
