The story of our organism’s ability to defend itself from everyday \u201cassailants\u201d is much more complicated, but the strengthening of immunity does not have to be!<\/p>\n

Strong immunity is the backbone of our entire health. Whether it is the defence against viral and other infections, the onset of the allergy season or protection against numerous chronic diseases, the well-\u201csupplied\u201d immune system is a unique shield against the disease.<\/p>\n

It is clear that with proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle we lay the foundations of strong immunity, but we often need additional help. If our immunity is violated for any reason, or we simply want to support it, it is wise to reach for bee products, especially honey, but also propolis and royal jelly, which are well known among the people as immunostimulators.<\/p>\n
